Thank you for choosing the Hearth Room Café for hosting your special event. We strive to make your event a truly memorable experience for you. Final menu planning is required two weeks prior to your event. We advise setting an appointment with our Event Specialist if you need assistance with your menu selections. We have luncheon packages to fit your needs.
Bronze Package-$10.95 per person (Includes all soft beverages and two side selections) Choose three entrée selections that will be offered on a personalized menu for the day of your event for the guests to choose from on the day of the event. Below are some menu items that are most popular and work well with our luncheons. Other items from our standard lunch menu can be used, as this is simply a guide to help with your selections. We are happy to customize your luncheon menu for you and work well to accommodate special dietary needs and any known allergies in advance.

Host/hostesses will choose the two side items that will accompany the entrée selections. Popular luncheon side items include:

This package does not include dessert, however, you may provide dessert. You may bring your own dessert, a $ .75per person dessert service fee will be charged.
Silver Package- $12.95 per person: Includes everything from the Bronze package in addition to a dessert choice of our homemade mousse options or our standard cupcake options. (See attached sheet for further dessert information).
Gold Package- $13.95 per person: Includes everything from the Bronze package in addition to a dessert choice of our mini dessert trio or homemade cheesecake option. (See attached sheet for further dessert information).
Platinum Package- $15.95 per person: Includes everything from the Bronze package with your choice of dessert for your guests as well as one complimentary specialty beverage per person. (See attached sheets for further dessert and specialty drink selections).
Sales Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the final food and beverage service bill. Feel free to bring in your own decorations and centerpieces to match your theme. PLEASE NO CONFETTI (a $25 clean up fee will be added to your final bill). Items may be attached to walls as long as scotch tape is used (no tacks or command strips allowed!) A$25 dollar deposit is required to hold the date for your event and is completely refundable up to 30 days of your event date. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill. Your final guest count is due 7 days prior to event.
